Frequently asked questions

How do I put images side by side in the right order?

Add at least two images, then drag them in the source list or use the move controls. The list order becomes left to right in the finished image.

Which size option should I use for side-by-side images?

Match height keeps proportions while making a clean comparison row. Original size keeps every source pixel size, while Crop to match fills equal frames but can remove edge content.

Can the side-by-side result have a transparent background or be copied?

Yes. Enable a transparent background and use PNG or WebP; JPG automatically changes to PNG because JPG cannot store transparency. Copy result puts a PNG on the clipboard.

Are my source images uploaded or changed?

No. ViewerPix merges images locally in the browser and creates a new output only when you download or copy it. The source files are not uploaded, overwritten, resized, or compressed.

Private browser processing
